http://www.windstream.net/news/read.php ... 3E&ps=1012 Could it happen here "again" I know it's happened before & there are now laws but we all know laws are at times ignored. Does anyone think there are still sweat shops where something like this could happen?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Stati ... tclub_fire

The Station nightclub fire was the fourth deadliest nightclub fire in American history, killing 100 people. The fire began at 11:07 PM EST, on Thursday, February 20, 2003

All you have to do is let the fire marshal drink free and you can plaster the walls with flammable materials, block/lock fire exits and pack the place over capacity.

And get less time then someone caught with a bag of weed.

I was thinking more on the line of the sweat shop type of thing, I know there are still some here. I do think the nightclub fire threat is still real along with several other types, there is an old mansion near me in Meadville & they have a Christmas open house to view the different decorated trees, four floors of wall to wall people with very few exits & full of pine trees, the wife & I went once & never again.

Do we make clothes in this country anymore?

I'm not sure too many places like this exist in the US anymore. Other places I'm sure have many.
