I was searching about Riteway stoves and came across an article from the 1970's. Good reading and had pictures of some vintage wood stoves and names of many long-gone manufacturers.

Yeah, but Dennis, mine was 20 yrs older. They had the cast parts at a Hardware in Rutland--they were heating beasts. I'd fill that sucker full & she'd go for 2 or 3 days.

My freinds dad build one from 275 gal oil drum to heat his crane shop. The kits were really cheap to build them.
