I am not sure what the big deal is (Pun Intended), the waiter had to identify a couple of women and identified them according to their 3, main characteristics...their weight. Now I would not be offended if I went into a restaurant with three fellow farmers and we were called...Farmers. Or 3 bald men...or whatever. These women are FAT, sorry chicks but calling a fat person a fat person is the truth, not a reason to sue. The waiter did not even do it blatantly or to attract a lot of attention.

But according to their bill, they did not even get Diet Sodas with their meal. I suggest going with waters, and a sensible salad to prevent someone presenting them with the truth.

But no doubt they will win a large lawsuit and then go out and...well probably blow their money on a big feast.

If the waiter wasn't such a twit he could of used something else like the table# which most places use, the sad part is that if they sue they probably will win & it will be the restaurant that pays. Besides that the finished bill is the last thing that gets presented, he did it for some unknown reason but all that will most likely happen to him is he will lose a job.

How many blacks do you know up in Maine? Have you ever lived in a Ghetto? Have you lived with blacks in your home? Do you have any black ancestory in your family? I can answer yes to all of those questions. I bet you can't answer yes to any of them. Most white people don't know anything about how black people think or behave. I have a lifetime of knowledge of this subject.
If you are white, the average black person hates you and fully believes that all the evils in the world are whitey's fault. If you are black and have the strength to break out of this mentality you are just as hated and thought of as traitor and a sell out.

To each their own on opinion. Me personally, I have known and have been friends with a lot of black people never thought of them as any different. Grew up not far from Wilkes Barre and Scranton , been in a lot of large cities. Just because one group acts one way doesn't mean all people of that ethnicity is going to act that way. All races have their own form of racism. Again these are my opinions.
