keystoker 90 problem

keystoker 90 problem

i currently have a keystoker 90 direct vent in my basement to supplement my heat,yesterday i noticed fire only on left side of plate and unused coal on right.has anyone had this problem? any suggestions are appriciated. thanks george

I have a KA-6, I would guess that there are some plugged holes on the plate.
