I should note the breakers are usually not open on Saturday in late spring and summer however if there is enough people and they knew in advance I'm sure someone would open.

Knoebels really is a good choice for a variety of reasons, firstly the pavilions are huge so even if it rains it' not a complete loss. They have catering so we could collect money for that. Anyone that wants to bring their own food or use the restaurants there can do that instead. That can be a 0 cost alternative for anyone that doesn't want to spend money.

The issue is there is no alcohol allowed at the pavilions or inside the park and the vote for alcohol is overwhelmingly in favor.

I'll let these polls go for another couple of weeks and we'll narrow down the options.

If I had to take a wild guess the first or last week in June somewhere with a picnic and camping facility with a keg of beer.

My Brothers Brother-in-law is a member of hunting cabin and I believe they rent out the facilities, there is a huge pavilion there with huge grills, taps etc. Horse shoe pits, big fire pit, plenty of space to set up tents if you want to stay. I'll see him on New Years and find out some details.
