Dad’s STEAK & GRAVY

ONION POWDER TO TASTE OR 1 MED CHOPPED FINE AND FRIED WITH THE PEPPERS
½ SMALL GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED FINE (opt)
1/2 TSP. WORCESTIRE SAUCE

1/2 TSP OF PEPPER
1 PKG FRENCHES BROWN GRAVY MIX
1 CAN MUSHROOMS (opt)
1/4 CUP A-1 STEAK SAUCE
1 TSP CAJUN SEASONING
1 ½ LBS. GROUND MEAT OR CHIPPED DEER FRIED
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/8 cup bbq sauce

BROWN MEAT AND DRAIN. ADD ABOVE INGREDIENTS ADD SOME WATER AND SIMMER OR PLACE IN CROCKPOT. FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR for ground beef and 3-4 hrs for deer.
Just nuff water to cover meat. Don’t mix the gravy add dry to meat.

Makes a good brown bbq with hamburg too
