After watching the news today I went & bought a few pre-ban mags. I'll probably pick up a lower too, and assemble it as finances become available. Get ready - they'll probably be banned by next Friday.

I agree with Fred, that the political *censored* should come to THIS thread, and stay out of the other one dedicated to the memory of those involved.

So come here to rant and rave.

If not a gun, then it would've been a bomb. When you eliminate guns, this happens - SCHOOLS ARE ALREADY GUN-FREE ZONES, FYI. Proof that gun laws DON'T WORK!

Nice John. What the hell happened to the schools security program. Did the anti gun A-holes feel uncomfortable with a police officer being there with a gun. Or did that Town figure nothing like this would ever happen there. Somebody posted it starts at home, I think Rw, he's right on the money. Thanx SMITTY

The other thread I started was titled "gun control kills again" Rich changed it to be more specific. But thats how I feel , gun control gets people killed. I think it would be sad to go this way, but everybody is saying something has to be done, well what ya gonna do other than this.

Yeah I didn't mean to go against Richard's wish to keep it all in one thread - I had the same thoughts initially. But I see and agree with Fred (your welcome buddy ) that we shouldn't clutter that one up with political rants and raves - that thread should be reserved for thoughts on the INCIDENT ... not the incidentals.

I agree 100% again with you Fred - just that fact that people keep shooting up schools and movie theaters in GUN-FREE ZONES is testament that GUN LAWS WILL NEVER WORK AND NEVER HAVE WORKED!!

Gun free zones are criminal EMPOWERMENT ZONES..

I see Obama said something to the effect of "It's time to make sure this doesn't happen again". I think most will hear this as "Tighter gun controls". I'd prefer to hear it as "It's time to allow praying in school". I'll bet we see tighter gun laws before we see the real answer occur.... teach our children right from wrong.

My heart aches for all those touched by this awful thing.

only one word describes the cause... pure "EVIL". Nothing to do with ownership of firearms, just the mind controlling the firearm.
