firepower 2230 furnace manual or wiring diagram

I bought this furnace used but I am having trouble wiring the thermostat to the blower motor and the front blower motor was not hooked up. Does anyone have any information on how to hook them up properly? Right now the rear blower motor is hooked up to a switch that kicks in on at 200 degrees. The system works fine but it never kicks off until it gets below the 200 degrees. Any help will be appreciated.

Yer right, can't seem to find one online.. Could you get a close up picture of the thermostat?
Maybe then some people could chime in with advise 8-)
