Gun control

The problem is where will it stop. This year we ban mags over 10 rds . And so called assault rifles. Next month some loonie goes crazy with semi auto pistols and many 10 rd mags. Now we must be limited to single shot rifles then someone goes crazy up on a hill somewhere with a single shot rifle so we now only have single shot pistols . Well a couple of loonies gets some single shot pistols and starts taking turns shooting and loading, while someone else is swinging a bat.
So my answer is NO DO NOT INFRINGE ON Y RIGHTS ANYMORE, If you want to live with no guns or assault type rifles go live in Canada or better yet hold hands with Pierce Morgan and walk and swim your tails to Brittan. This is America we do have the 2nd amendment and we want to keep it just the way it is.

I agree with the Reality Check piece unless this dirbag gets to nominate a SC judge or 2 more. We hang by a thread with the Supreme Court.

Well when the court fails to resolve the problem it will then be taken to the streets.

Can't we all just get along? The answer is no we can't. Why can't certain individuals understand that PEOPLE are and always have been "the problem". It seems that this country is full of pansies that just don't care about their rights. I suggest we start using capital punishment on a routine basis for violent crimes. That would be crimes committed using guns, knives, cars, or whatever. There are bad people out there so what we do is make everyone else pay for a few bad apples. Get rid of the bad apples for God's sake.

If Lanza had not killed himself he still would not have been found guilty and we would be at this exact same point in gun control discussions. We make far to many excuses for bad behavior. How many times have you seen news shows and tv shows about the perpetrator not being "bad" but just misunderstood, or bullied, or in the wrong place at the wrong time, etc etc? No one is responsible anymore. Unless you are a law abiding citizen and you break some arcane law or have a clip that is to big, then they throw the book at you. the penalties are fearsome only if you care about yourself and your reputation. The penalties must be more severe for the violent, ill, and just plain criminal element.

I'm tired of hearing about being bullied. I think everyone was bullied at some time in their life. Now we have cyber bullies. Well, turn the computer off and go do something constructive. Put the video game away and go explore Mother Nature and see what she has to offer. You might be surprised.

Yea. He is the problem we have. When someone starts spouting off about killing people the cause gets lost. Unless you are from the left then you can make all the threats you feel like.
Either way he made his bed, now he is begging to get his CCW and FFL .
