PA Farm show 2013...

PostBy: Mark (PA) On: Sun Dec 23, 2012 10:09 pm

Going to the PA farm show is a tradition my family has been doing for as long as I remember.

The annual trip to Harrisburg in January as a child was looked forward to at times even more than the christmas holiday right before it!

My daughter now 4 has been there every year since she was born and that trend will probably continue. She starts asking me about the Farm show around thanksgiving! We usually stay for a few days. Used to stay over on front street at the Days Inn but have since moved over to the hotel right at the farm show complex entrance so we can just walk over and back as needed.

Its a family thing and we see many of our friends and neighbors showing etc. Certainly wouldn't miss it. At times it can be a little more crowded than I like but oh well. its a great event and pastime for us...

See you there...

I waited in line over 30 mins for a milkshake, and YES it was worth it! Missed the fried cheese this year though. The place was PACKED!
