DC Police Investigating NBC’s David Gregory for Possible Gun Law Violation

This ass clown anti gun nut should be arrested.

On some of the gun forums they report that NBC contacted the DC police asking permission to display that 30 round mag and were told NO.

Yet he still goes on TV displaying it.

And it was also reported that his kids are enrolled in a private school that utilizes armed security guards !!!!!!

CONS, what a bunch of hypocrites, cry on one thread that they are trying to take my guns away & then move on to the next & sign a petition to enforce the strict gun laws that you don't want. Then while your at it you sign one to deport someone for expressing their right to speak freely & move on to cry about losing what you choose to cherry pick out of the Constitution for your own benefit.

The burden of proof is on the state however after rethinking this that would a be a huge risk for them to claim it was a prop. If they made that claim and the state were able to prove they are lying that would open them to further prosecution, Gregory's career is no more and NBC has a PR nightmare on their hands of epic proportions. If it was real I don't think they will take that route as the consequences could be enormous, the fact that NBC hasn't publicly addressed this yet speaks volumes about whether it was real or not. It's going to be very interesting to see how this plays out.

Fact is there is a law in place banning any 30 round mags in DC. There should be no defense for him he broke the law. Simple . To be specified as inoperable it would have to have permanent non reversible modifications done to be termed legal.

Freedom of the press does not equal "Freedom to Break the Law" if I'm going to jail for this he better be too.

Especially after being told by the DC police it wasn't permissible.
