The End of 2012

LOL, just called the fireworks store to see if they were open and the guy says I don't know how long I'll be here because it's freezing. He's probably huddled around a ceramic heater outside!

At least you guys have fireworks stores! That's another thing MA banned - fireworks. ALL of them, ILLEGAL in MA.

SO we just go to NH to buy them anyway, and buy some tax free goods while we're there. Piss on 'em.

Actually, to be fair 2012 was a pretty decent year. I didn't have any huge catastrophe's I had to deal with. Was able to save a bit of money and it looks like this tax season I'll be able to finally redo the kitchen for my wife because we aren't going to have to owe any money unlike the previous two.

The fireworks laws here are a little screwy. I can legally posses them but If you're going to buy "consumer fireworks" you're supposed to have a permit which has to be signed by some local authority like the Fire Chief, Police Chief etc. The fireworks place is supposed to check this permit.

The strange thing is if you have out of state license you can buy anything you want, technically you can get them easier than me.

The "consumer fireworks" is in quotes because Class C isn't what you find in the over priced tents selling sparklers and fountains on the side of the road which are typical in PA during the fourth. This is about the biggest for class C and it's nearly as loud as quarter stick ariel bomb but has color.

Yea me to. been feeling run down with this cold since Christmas. I was just not trying to sound like too much of a woosse. Reality I will be out by 9 as well, If I have my way anyhow.

I crash at 9 regardless. Perks of driving 100+ miles one way for work then raising a two year old. When she sleeps...you sleep.

My cough started right after Christmas. Still here now on New Years Eve. Both my kids have it and my wife started feeling it last night. I must've hit the snooze button 12 times this morning before I finally rolled out of bed to work. All I want to do is sleep.

My sickness is weird. Not only do I go the chills, which is odd because it is 85 degrees in the house, I ache all over. I think it hurts just having socks on, but being a farmer I still have things to do since the wife is pregnant and can't lug water to the chickens and move haybales around. Just got done doing that, and now I am feeling it.

Like you, I am tired all the time too. This morning I would sleep...wake up...sleep...wake up...in 1/2 hour increments.

I am off to bed again...

Hurting everywhere tough just to get out of bed cant move till I get a hot shower. Been kicking the smoking thing so that has been adding to it because of the withdrawal.

Yup, same symptoms as me as well. I usually pop a few Advil and the aching goes away.
