There you go. Just as I predicted. You're calling me a lib. You don't even know me. I know your kind. I'm not going to engage in specific topics with you. I can already tell that you are a foaming at the mouth freedom fry consumer. There's a lot of bitterness spewing from you. Did you have a bad childhood experience or something? Go tend your coal stove or turn on Fox and friends or something.

Wood'nCoal wrote:Thanks for the links, Richard. It is interesting to see the progression of the forum. I remember the last major format change, at first it was difficult to navigate, now I can't even remember what the old format was like. I have visited other forums from time to time, NEPA Crossroads is by far the most easily navigated and well presented site around.

Thier is a forum for arctic cat i am a member of, lots of great diagrams and part number and all the hoopla. IF YOU CAN FIND THEM. Hard to navigate sites prevent the full utilization of what the forum was originally brought up to be. This site is great. Doesnt get much easier. Hell Freetown can navigate this site... no pun intended fred toothy

Cool History on the site Richard! I will have to name this the best forum for everything really! Coal, you got it. Tractors, you got it! Home improvement, you got it! When doing anything to my house , I think of this forum. I don't want to just talk to you coal guys about coal, I want to know how to build on to my house ! I value everyone's opinion here that much . I quit posting on the tractor forums and the car forums because they were idiot forums but I finally found a place where people have good, down to earth brains!!

I love this place!

Wow! You read it twice ! Either you couldn't absorb that much wisdom in one pass , or your reading comprehension has a few deficiencies. Well at least you have a sense of humor and got a laugh out of it. So did I when I wrote it.

As this was directed at me I'll respond. My response is just look at your post, it says it all. I don't need to add anything. ;)

Kevin I'm not pointing fingers at anyone but my mouse pointer will be pointing at the ban button if it continues.

Keep on topic, discuss them and keep the personal comments to yourself...and again that comment is not pointed directly at anyone.

If so minded I think the Flame Suite Central is for personal comments.

The site is certainly primarily about coal burning. That you can also discuss your garden or your pets or politics does not detract from that. Pick what you are interested in.

This is a COAL forum. Some of us have no problem finding first hand info on all our coal burning needs. That is why we are here. Along the way there has been friendships forged with coal (corny as it sounds), there has been members who came and left with coal(literally), and we have met on great coal fields to further the cause(  ). We all came here looking for coal information, or a place to talk burning. Trying to keep warm and keep some green in our pockets. This COAL forum has everything from the history of the coal fields, to different manufacturers reps, to grizzled coal burners, to nuclear physicists, to rocket scientists, to airplane pilots, to heating contractors, to coal boiler installers, retailers to newbe's, to you name it! They are all here. They are from Nova Scotia to Alaska to Kentucky.

Most of us know each other by our first names.

When we entered this forum and started posting, we
A. Went to the thread that says " Introduce yourself" or
B. Posted a picture of our boiler, stove, or whatever it is that burns it. ( except the Great Sting) or
C. Both

We didn't start whining on our first post or by our eleventh. You do make an entrance. :)
