Whatcha eating for supper this last day of 2012?

Wife just made a big pot of rice soup, celery, onion's and rice in it, dont sound like much but it's good for something simple to make. Anyone else have it before? What are you having today?

Ahhh I just made myself some fast spaghetti and meat sauce. Trhow a pound of hamburger meat in a pan with some onions and throw in a couple cans of diced tomatoes. Oregano, salt, garlic powder. Parmesan cheese on top. It's watery if you don't simmer it but I like it that way sometimes.

What is low country boil?
