It might be easier to try to move the return air better.
Sometimes pushing too much air over or through the stove will not allow sufficient time to draw the heat. If that makes sense to you. I'm not sure exactly how to word it. But pushing too much air may make it feel cooler than it really is.
And believe it or not but as I said sometimes it is easier to work with the return air which allow the heated air to just naturally go into the upper rooms.
