Harman Mag leaking oil question

hi guys I bought a new harman magnum stoker 4 years ago I noticed some oil on floor under feed motor last year and also this year I ckd seal behind fork last year and beginning of this year seal doesn't looked pushed out...also 2 of my friends having same problem any suggestions or other people have this problem.. answers would be appreciated
