No one batted an eye when all of our rights were signed away by a gaggle of other EO's, so why not use this approach?

And all the while they continue to stear your attention towards guns to mask the real issues going on because they know the people who "cling to guns and religion" will be blinded by it.

Dont buy into it.

Don't you think we should do like Sam says and sit down and at least hear what these folks have to say?

Maybe we could find some soothing words to compensate you for giving up you right to defend yourself?

It appears that this is as close to a MSM source as this one might get:

Quite frankly I dont care what they have to say. Or anyone else for that matter. I havent followed the mainstream media now since the Newtown shooting, havent watched the news or read any news online. I refuse to be distracted from what our current administration is doing to this great country and my focus was, is, and always will be on preparing MY family for whatever tomorrow brings.

They want to ban guns, fine, have at it. I dont have any to take. I am a simple man who does what he can to live off the gifts mother nature provides us with. My freedom to protect myself and my family will never be taken from me, be it a spear, tomahawk, or long bow, I will always have means and methods to assuring my families safety and survival. I have the land, the resources, the connections, and the know how because my head hasnt been in the sand for the last 10 years, it has been focused on the future.

I refuse to get sucked into the liberal agenda and have my focus taken away from the down fall and failure of America as a country. We are slipping into the abyss, one which will take a lot of climbing to get out of. When we fall, how many of us will remain standing?

Maybe we should focus less on what Obama is going to do to our guns and focus more on how you plan on feeding your family.

Yep - always watch what the other hand is doing. Economic collapse could be right around the corner .... but all the talking heads are showing black, "scary", "assault" weapons & talking gun control.

I believe a repeal of 2A would spark 1776 part II. Maybe not in the northeast right away, but the boys down south and out west won't take this laying down. That's a fact.

It's got a figure like "Eddie" from the Iron Maiden song "The Trooper" and it says "The South Will Rise Again" :)

A friend sent it to me years ago when his family moved to S. Carolina after we graduated high school.

I agree that Hillary will have a run in 16 also. Kim says no way but I think she will for sure. Why wouldn't she try and be the first woman in history and the wife of a former Pres to boot. Dave won't have to worry, there is no 3rd term. ;)

I'm going to try and focus on anything I can do to help our country remain the great and wonderful place that it is. There's enough gloom and doomers to go around.

I have been watching this woman closely over the yrs--all jokes aside--I don't think that physically she will be up for it--just an old Corpsman's observation

That's what Kim says Fred, she's over the "hill" so to speak and won't have the physical stamina for it by then. I think she'll go for it just because it would be a first.

Guys,

Do you honestly believe that there will be an armed uprising to preserve the second amendment as currently written? What % of the citizens got off the couch to vote in the last election? You think there will be even a fraction of that willing to go out and play shoot-em-up? And as far as those knuckle heads still flying the confederate flag, there is a decent SAT score if you added them all up! Size 50 shirt , size 2 helmet....... If you dont start coming up with some POSITIVE suggestions like the one out of Arizona, a volunteer armed guard corps for schools ect, then you might as well resign yourselves now and quit bitchin' about it. Just sayin'...... :alone: :out:
