I suspect it's coal seam related. They use a continuous mining machine that only works on relatively level seams. Some have speculated it's the new health care regulations. But that would be surprising, since they only have about 29 employees, well below the 50 number where the new health care regulations apply. I hope someone else picks it up, perhaps operating it as a more common open mining operation.
