I wouldn't go doing a dance, reading the legislation itself it appears this falls under the umbrella of the government or others collecting information about guns while implement the health care law. It's not an all out ban on the collection of that data.

I was just reading about this today. Better news than we've been hearing lately, but ... living in MA gives me a unique perspective of seeing how democrats work.

They pick and choose which laws, and which PARTS of laws get enforced. Head of a major labor union? The law doesn't apply - we all saw how the ban on 30 rounders in D.C. worked in Andersen Cooper's favor, even though he broke the law on NATIONAL TV.

You or me? That part of the law is ignored ... and suddenly your doctor is asking you about gun ownership ...
