Always trying to be positive, I must say the Chevy Red certainly added definition to the Alaska trademark sunburst in the door and yet blended the handles in so well :!:

Window Gasket Size

PostBy: Wood'nCoal On: Sun Jan 20, 2008 5:09 pm

My mind seems to be drawing a blank (nothing new) about the size gasket for the window on the Kast Console. Anybody know?
Thanks.

Both doors are the same size, there should be enough in what I gave you? :?

If not just go down to the local hardware and pick up a lil package with 72" of 1/2" or 5/8" rope. I have even used 3/4" rope and stretched it to make it thinner. :)

Nah, I used all that to knit mittens for the cold weather---NOT!

I mean the size gasket to use to install the window in the top door. I must have misplaced it or used it somewhere else on the stove (duh).
I know it's flat, maybe 1" wide?

The stuff for the window is flat and grey, about 3/4" wide. I glue down on the flange to hold it in place. :)
