Just installed my own stoker. It's been running about a week. Seems great so far but I don't really know, except from the desciption in the manual, what the fire is supposed to look like. Doeas anyone have a good picuture?
After the stoker motor shuts down, and the fire settles, do you see a dark spot in the middle of the bed? I responded to your post in another area of this forum.
I know that is not a standby or idle or thermostat satisfied fire. Is that a normal amount of fire, when the thermostat 'calls' for heat? What feed rate do you think it is at? About how many Btu's do you think is being produced?
i have a forced air stoker.....it runs all the time.....no timer or thermostat.....Yet.......with it so warm today, i have it cut back to one feed tooth and the air at 1 3/4
