Once again if you want the Constitution you got it but it's like there are only parts of it that are liked but it does have a pathway written right into it, trouble is some can't stand when they don't get their way & will do everything in their power to stop the workings of government instead of searching for common ground & that dirty word compromise, it used to work.

You are making assumptions. When I said Let Freedom Ring I was referring to elections. We need to vote out the folks you are referring to that pick and choose which of ours rights they will allow us to have. A good part of the problem, as I see it, is that their side does a better job of getting out (buying) votes with their gov't handouts and "picnics with all the beer you can drink and don't worry, we'll pick you up with municipal buses to take you to the picnic and then back home" , as done by Albany county, etc. While I have customers, that I will admit I berate, because they make the statement of "why bother to vote, they always win". The good people must unite and take our country back from those that are content to ride in the wagon and let us pull it and from those that benefit from and encourage, said situation.

GS, are you talking just about those at the bottom or at the top as well? look it up for yourself & see which end the country spends the most on, yet many seem OK with cutting to low end & not the other. The whole darn system needs redone & probably millions kicked off but before we can do that there has to be jobs created & there were plenty before those at the top moved off shore.

The question is, why did they move offshore? What was the catalyst? According to you, there were plenty of jobs, and now there aren't. What happened?

They lobbied  for tax laws that would not only allow them but reward them as well. It's all in the thousands upon thousands of our easy to understand tax laws.
