I had another brand of reclaimer on a forced air wood furnace I used for 18 years, it cycled on and off w/ a snap switch and had a built in heat exchanger tube scrapper for the creosote buildup. Is there no scrapper built in for the *Magic Heat Reclaimer?

Come to think of it, if I were to have one of these, I'd just *whack it* w/ a rubber mallet or hammer every so often to knock the fly ash loose and clean it better at my regular cleaning interval. ;)

They do have a heat exchanger cleaning provision. It scrapes across the tubes. I'm probably going to try it. I run my combustion fan 24/7 so my flue stays alittle warmer than a system that only cycles. We'll see.
