We're not, overnight, & punching them in the face with the concept, I've found, NEVER works---the old ,you attract more bee's with honey then with vinegar idea comes to mind.I can only speak for around here, but no kids that I know are taught that guns are evil, most understand that they are nothing more then a tool to be used safely & properly. I was talkin to a young kid down to the fire house last night that HAS his concealed carry permit & his thoughts were equivelant to mine about this situation--. A vote was held about firemen/ambulance personel carrying & it was voted that YES they can if they have their permit---it was a liability issue---we are all volunteer & I made quite a stink in making sure it got voted to the affirmative.Of course there were the 2 sissy ass libbers that thought it was outlandish--funny how they are pretty new to the area--one from Jersey & one from Pa.--cities that is.

CONCEALED that is. Not an AR15 shoulder carried! I've said it before--fanaticism on either side of the aisle does nothing but hurt this situation, but as always, there is compromise. If you call that being stigmatized--???????I call it being realistic. Glad you got home safe & sound Kevin.
KLook wrote:Then you are already stigmatized fred. You are part of the lets keep them hidden, they are evil crowd. That is what they want. Children are being taught how evil they are so they will vote to ban them as adults, stigmatize you so if you bring one out, it is derided as the act of a lunatic or antisocial nut. When city kids think milk comes from a plastic jug, not a cow, how are you going to combat their erroneous opinions later in life about the evils of guns?
