Harmon Magnum Stoker - Draft Issue ?

It was not Hinton & Son. I called a dealer in Flemmington NJ and they wanted a credit card number before coming out to the house to look at the stove !

I will say this here but SOS Stove in Hackettstown, NJ is and was the worst. They is where my father In Law originally purchased the stove from. I just can't believe that their service technicians did not recommend a re-gasket of the stove. The ones I removed crumbled apart.

So if any of you have a stove over eight years I would recommend a re-gasket of everything.

Going on two weeks now and he says everting is running fine. Let me know if you have any questions regarding disassembling and reassembly of the stove.

Credit card info before coming out may just be a sign of the times. I wouldn't necessarily hold it against them. I hate to say it but it is getting to that point. They may have been stuck for payment too many times. You can thank the ones who ruin it for the honest people. They may not require that once you establish a business relationship with them. Glad you have it resolved.
