No way! It's just a squirrel gun! There's a nice on-line video of a guy with extra magazines getting off 100 rounds in less than a minute, but he didn't seem to be hitting much so that proves how safe it is. And kill people? Even with those cute hollow point bullets, you could hardly even tickle a person, let alone hurt him.

Exactly right Richard. This is how DUMB all these proposed laws are. Based 100% on emotion and 0% on facts.
By their standards, I made my shotgun an "assault" rifle, just by bolting on 2 cosmetic features that have ZERO bearing on the gun's function. DUMB to the Nth degree ....
