Lisa, they must post that sign at EVERY entrance to their store or mall. You can legally walk into the entrance that doesn't have the sign, WITH your CC, and be completely within your rights.

These are one door mom and pop places that have the signs going up. I don't generally go to the big Malls so I don't know if they are putting up signs there but I wouldn't bet against it. I'm thinking I will see one at Sam's Club any day now. Lisa
