which coal stove to buy?

looking to buy a coal boiler. don't know what to buy.I have a large home and will be building an attached garage. Thinking on putting the coal boiler in garage. Any input would be apprecated

We need more info. Previous fuel usage numbers.....Square footage.....insulation/windows/doors.....age of building......domestic hot water requirements......where do you reside? 
Current Central heating system....Hot Air or Hot Water Baseboard.....Steam????
