Snowstorm NEMO PHOTO Contest

Snowstorm NEMO PHOTO Contest

PostBy: LsFarm On: Sat Feb 09, 2013 10:57 am

Lets have some fun from this storm. OK it may not be that much fun but anyway..
This thread is to post photos of your biggest and tallest snow pile after you clean up your drive or parking area.

No Cheating and using the town's snow pile or dressing your 4 year old up like an adult and having him /her stand next to a 6' pile making it look like it's 12' tall
Snowblowers, hand shovels and tractor/loaders OK.. if that loader is yours!!

The 'winner' of the contest is first in line at Freddies Breakfast next saturday!!

I'll go out and take a photo to get things started,, my photo will be in for the 'consolation prize' we only got 6"of snow here in SE Michigan.

I did get out the extra long snow 'broom' and push and pull the snow off of the solar panels.. Can't miss the bright sunny day!

No fair - I push all my snow down a hill across the street .. and I do it with an ATV! Highest I'd get without getting stuck is maybe 5' ...

To the left are most of my "piles" - the majority of it rests at the bottom of the hill. Good place for it. ;)

Wow, did everyone lose their camera?? drop it in a snow pile, not to be seen until the spring thaw??

OK let's forget the 'contes't and even forget the snow piles,, lets see some of the photos of drifts, overloaded roofs, burried cars and trucks.
Mail boxes burried up to the tip of the flag etc...

The wife's potting shed and reproduction flower vendor's cart that I just built. Also, there will not be a BBQ this weekend after the NEMO snow storm.

Enjoy,

Joe

Only 14" of snow here. No big piles but here's a view of the street I cleared with a 24" snowblower. :)
