I've had my TLC2000 for around 5 years and lately I've been having problems with the angle iron pieces that hold the bottom of the fire bricks in place. They warp from the heat and come loose and jam the shaker grates. I took them all out and I'll see what happens. I can't see it being any trouble because the firebricks are buried in the coal and they really can't go anywhere . Has anybody else had this trouble. http://hearthnhome.com/downloads/serviceParts/TLC2000.pdf They are #14 and go inside the bricks. They are only held in by little clips at each end of the angle. They warp a little and pop out. Thanks, Chris

It's my 5th season and I never had a problem before. I guess I'm the only one. It's not a big deal,it seems fine without them . It was just annoying having to shut down and remove them. It did give me a chance to clean out though. Thanks for the reply, Chris
