I'll bet they weren't deleted. It's more likely that they never actually got posted. It happens to me too. I'm learning to check & make sure my new post actually submits. Sometimes someone else posts a new post while I am typing my new post. Then when I hit "submit" I don't notice it says something like: "Someone else has submitted since you, do you want to check that post before you submit yours?" If I don't notice that message and don't hit submit again, my post does not get posted. It's easy to do!
