If it were mine I would give Keystoker a call to see what is considered normal or not acceptable. Based on that conversation, the dealer is where you go for help with the problem. My gear reduction motor has been in service for about 5 years now and is bone dry since day one.Many times over the years [cars,mowers,appliances etc] we all have probably heard the line from the seller,"Don't worry about that,they all do that".Maybe,maybe not. Just don't let the warranty expire before you come to a conclusion.I think that little motor is about a hundred bucks. MIke
