If the chances of an asteroid hitting are slim you can just imagine how much less they would be of actually hitting while Congress was in session.

why be in the Capitol building all day long when they get paid even when they relax at their million dollar homes suckin' on a martini... even if they fail miserably at their job their money keeps rolling in Id be relaxing on the beach someplace too
