Student suspended for wrestling gun away from another

So what is the rationale here in suspending this kid for being a real hero? Do they want more school shootings?? Do they want gun control so bad they WANT kids to get shot??? I don't get it ....

I can see where if the student who saved the day instead had drawn out his pencil and sketched a gun quickly upon his school notebook and then pointed the picture at the gunman he would have to be suspended indefinitely for gun violence, but for this act of real bravery it is amazing that he was suspended.

Don't laugh - a 5th grader was suspended for nearly the same thing .... a paper gun ...


And lets not forget the 5 year old suspended for the Hello Kitty pink bubble blaster .....

A Maryland kid chewed his breakfast pastry into the shape of a gun at school and wound up with two days supension. The pastry in question was not named, but it's gotta be a Pop-Tart, right?
