This is driving me nuts. There was band in the early 80's that almost sure was from PA, I think they may even have been from the Wyoming Valley. They had fairly big hit that I believe went national. It was like a ballad and it was pop type band. Anybody know the Band or the song?
I keep coming back to Sister Christian from Night Ranger but I could swear that it isn't it and Night Ranger doesn't fit the bill for being local.

Nope, the song was ballad. It was getting air play.

This band didn't go big, they had that one tune and that was it if remember correctly.
I already looked on Wiki's page and about 100 other sites. CAN'T FIND IT.

The Badlees used to play quite often at the world famous Fuzzy Bunny. I used to see signs for them at a lot of other bars and clubs in central PA. I can’t remember if I ever heard them or not because we were busy drinking Yuengling and killing brain cells.waldo lemieux wrote:Richard

How about Hybrid Ice? Magdelene would probably be the song you would know best.Boston even did a cover of the song.Seen them a few times in some local bars back in the day .
