The Raspberry Pi runs $35 and can do quite a bit more than just run MAME. I got one for my 10-year-old daughter and she's learning to program a bit on it.

As far as what I'm playing these days:
Just finished Brother is Arms Hell's Highway again.
Batman Arkham City
American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns (very interesting game)

I tried some online multiplayer FPS through Linux and gave up on them. They played fine, but grew tired of watching all of the players run and repeatedly jump up and down.

Waiting for more reviews on the new Tomb Raider installment.

I always wanted to build one of those. But I have enough expensive habits and I've really got nowhere to put a cabinet.
