I'm with everything he said except at :50 or so. There is no wholly unfunded school. A failure I agree but it's well funded, just like every school around here. Better than half my taxes go to our local schools.

I think he's referring to the inner cities. While the schools there might be well funded on paper, in reality, that money gets picked at along the way .... and by the time it gets there, there isn't much left. Just look at them.

Either that, or it's squandered on $100k/yr. salaries for everyone.
