I would not call it a conspiracy either, just sad that when our people were / are doing alot of good things it's not news. Barbra Star of CNN was asked about this and she came right out and said that the lack of bad news Iraq was not worthy of coverage. So it's not as if they're trying to hide it.

I will say though that it's my belief that the Left is invested in defeat, I believe they think this is their new Vietnam and a way to garner their power back. It may actually work.

People that tend to go into journalism and into education by in large are left leaning. There are some who are not but they are marginlized and shunned by the "mainstream".

I note you are a retired federal worker. Why doesn't that surprise me? Been on that Federal teat your whole life I bet. Never had a real job in the real world or ran a business. Gotta be a democrat to keep that gov'mnt growing so they send you that check every month. I live practically in the shadow of Wash. DC and I am familiar with the mental midgets who are lifer Fed employees. You must be so proud.
