PostBy: U235a4 On: Tue Dec 25, 2007 9:06 pm

Ok I'm heres the deal I'm crunching some numbers and looking for some grude imput from owners out there. What I need to know is the following
1: Coal used a month, give me two months and the average temp during that month
2: SqFt of house
3: Age of house
4: Any major upgrade being insulation, windows, and etc.
5: Type of radiation in house,
6: BTU load
7: Do you do domestic hot water

I heat with an AA 130, back up with two Weil-Mclain 125,000 Btu gas boilers

I use about 7 tons per heating season (November to May).

My house is over 4,000 sq ft.

Built 1910.

Virtually no insulation.

Drafty

Converted gravity hot water with 6" mains and 1034 sq ft of radiation.

Primary/secondary pumping with a B&G NRF 22 Low flow pump as main system pump.

I believe my BTU load was once calculated at about 250,000.
