If this was a car it would be like a rental Smitty and the clock is ticking on your rental. You can see the spark plug wire is off but you can't fix it because they have this giant piece of plexiglass over the the engine. You need the rental car company to fix it. You complain for six days that the spark wire is off but the mechanic keeps insisting it's because you don't know where the gas pedal is. Finally someone looks at the spark wire and goes,"Hey it is off" but now they can't seem to figure out how to put it back on. In the meantime you find out the throttle cable is stuck and report that also and you're back at square one with someone telling you that you don't know where the gas pedal is.

Believe it or not that is fairly accurate analogy. In any event this problem is going to get solved right now because that site is getting moved to my server. Hopefully they will be able to get their 6 months refunded.
