Today i went with a friend whos sister had put in a oil furnace a had pea coal cheap in bin Im thinking Franco Belge stove .We go to cellar an i see about 2.5 ton of pea .While figuring how to remove pea window or Bilco door im looking for Franco .No where in site .Then in a dark corner I see a auger from coal bin ,. Shine a lite there sits an Axe . And 130 in corner . Heart attick . I had one .Now I ask about boiler .Her husband died 7 years ago .Aa in this dry cellar not used since 2005 .However still piping connected to system an shes afraid she would lose her primary heat . No deal bottom line .Id pay for her plumber but no deal .Still shaking 3 beers later . Just like the 56 Corvette in a barn ,. Jack

I'd keep in touch with her. If she ever decides to sell it, she should think of you. Good luck!

Nice thinking Waldo, creativity gets it done a lot of times when pure logic doesn't cut the mustard. Jack, simply keep in touch and it may happen for you.Your goal should be everytime there is mention of the resting AA her thought should be,"Oh Jack gets that when I decide to let it go". Mike
