Once the various safety nets begin to come down, get holes in them, leak, or whatever, the government will have to use violence against its own citizens in order to contain a population of hungry and seriously disillusioned peoples who will not likely desire to starve to death peacefully and quietly.

I agree 100%. I'll add my thoughts to that as well:

I believe the sole purpose of the gun control push as of late is to render the normal folks helpless. Once helpless, they will be forced to cry out to the government for help once the crazy people start spilling out of the cities. They will be happy to oblige .... bye, bye Constitution. FOREVER. I think that's their end-game.

They are the generally useless and could not take over flushing the c rapper by themselves. I worry much more about Obummers well armed friends elected by the totally mindless.

I think we will now see Patriot missiles placed outside Hollywood and Malibu. These people have to be protected so they can attend the next WH party.

No! FEMA Camps are far more likely to be the end game for the (soon to be) most destitute among us.

The 47 million couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper sack, war is like work and that counts them out. As far as the DHS, if you think the Viet Cong messed with the Americans in Vietnam, think what American Patriots would do to the DHS if it came to blows. :D

Think about this. We did this to ourselves. Our grand parents warned us about buying from Japan. Then Chinese products started coming in and Japan wasn't bad anymore. So we were warned about buying Chinese. And remember the giant sucking sound we were also warned about with Nafta. And we still keep doing it we are buying ourselves out of jobs. We now support all these other countries and the people who's jobs have been lost. We are doing this to ourselves.

I wouldn't go that far. We can't be protectionist. A closed economy is a dead economy.

Blame tax law and over regulation for the flight of jobs.

To assist in gauging the magnitude of our problem:

In the 1970s, roughly one out of every 50 Americans were on food stamps. Today, one out of every seven Americans are on food stamps.

Many still don't get it, we don't compete with anyone but ourselves (business & Gov. as one) we gave tax breaks to move our businesses out of country, we give tax breaks to keep our money out of country so the Fed can print more, we give tax breaks to the top job creators (who don't pay tax), we give tax breaks to those that do nothing (& don't pay tax) then those job creators create more jobs out of country while shutting down here for even more tax breaks. We are competing against Americans that do nothing but get tax breaks for having their crap (that we then buy) made out of country so they in turn can hide more $ tax free. We are getting closer to the few tax payers that left are then gone, that's when the job creators will shortly return & we will be the exploited ones working for poverty wages & selling our cheap goods to the countries we made wealthy. Just one big circle so enjoy the ride & think of no one but yourself but the ride will come to a stop.

Obamacare - 100,000 pages of regs, endless new business costs and of course none of this is the fault of the luny left and none of it changes our ability to compete. Sam, go back to school.

My son lives near the Pittsburgh International Airport & the 911th reserves & he's seen at least 6 V22 ospreys fly in their, It's really not the kind of weather to be doing maneuvers & I believe the ospreys are Marines.
