This is a old one so most of you may get this fairly quick,,,, A cowboy rides into town on Thursday, stays 3 days and leaves on Thursday. How did he do that? :D

Imagine a 747 is sitting on a conveyor belt, as wide and long as a runway. The conveyor belt is designed to exactly match the speed of the wheels, moving in the opposite direction. Can the plane take off?
Not my riddle but I thought it was neat.

Of course it can. The wheels are not what drives the plane and you would run out of conveyor belt.
