My wife really hates the cold. ;-) With a couple days of colder weather lately, she's been dropping hints that we (meaning ME) should re-light the coal stove. Well, I spent several hours working outside yesterday and when I came back I found that she had re-lit the stove! No guidance from me, no questions. Just did it. :-) She even went down to the basement, re-filled the coal buckets and brought them back upstairs. I was more than a little shocked, but genuinely impressed. And she's happy with the warmth. When momma's happy, everybody's happy. :D

My wife told me to lite the stove and after being married for 41 years I lit the stove.

No questions asked.

In my 42 years I've realized I can either be right, or happy.
