Indeed! That's why the Weber SMC recommendation. There are many CAS
s out there. I tried a few. Don't bother with them. The Weber SMC is the cadillac of the steel bullet smokers. For bbq-ing, it's pretty much hands free for hours, just like the expen$ive ceramic cookers are too. A CAS will keep you really busy. Been there, ain't goin' back
