I'm still confused with this & I don't want anyone to get mis-information, is it a Direct Vent or a Power Vent we are talking about? I know a barometric vent shouldn't be used with a Direct but unsure which system is in question here.

It is a directly power vented system. Does this help? :D :lol:

Flyer, it doesn't matter to me but it sure may make a big difference to ddersch4, as I said I have a direct vent & know I don't need one & that it could harm my family if I installed one. I read back on this & never saw where he stated that it was a power vent system, not trying to make anything of it I just don't want false advice given out it never hurts to double check where safety is involved IMHO.

I know I was just pickin. :P I will make sure he gets it right he has a good dealer doing the work as well. Thanks, Dave
