georgia homesteader coal&wood stove

can anyone upload or post a manual for this stove...........stove wont get real hot even with pipe dampner fully open and ash door open...do i have bad coal?????????automatic draft door wont shut when on high posostion.....any suggestions on this stove thanks...............
