Spoon Bending

Spoon Bending

Remember Uri Geller and his spoon bending? James Randi pretty much discredited him because he claimed to really have special magical paranormal powers.

I like magic and always wonder how it is done, but am disappointed when the trick is revealed because the sense of wonder is gone.

I like David Blaine and his street magic but don't like when he does dangerous things.

The link is for a Chinese magician educated and-grew up in France who I think is the best.

Blaine is incredible and lot of that stuff isn't even magic, just pure physical performance.

That's the part I wish he would not do. One of these days he will go too far and we could lose a great performer.

It's always interesting to see the reaction of the people viewing the performance. Usually laughter tinged with embarrassment, but sometimes fear.
