I wonder if their advertisement writer screwed up? Lot's of sales people get confused between tons and pallets. If it's $400 per 2500-pound PALLET, that is $320 per ton. High for Pennsylvania, but not too bad for New Hampshire and Maine. I think I paid $334 per ton last fall. Somebody please perfect the Star Trek transporter so the pallets can just materialize in my garage without all the trucking costs.
