I just bought a trailer load of rice coal from this guy at baggedcoal.com Phone # 814-244-3140. I sent a check for 22.5 tons (18 pallets) they arrived less than a week later. The bags say "KIMMEL'S" on them. The guy I talked to arranged trucking for me, I had to hire a guy with a fork truck to offload them on my site. You'll have to call for the current price as I'm not affiliated with the company. The coal is very wet but it appears to be straight out of the breaker. As it sits it will dry up some. The last batch I bought locally was in unmarked bags and regardless of the claims it was over 20% ash so I was ready for a new source. They claim this coal is 7-10% ash 13k btu seems like decent coal to me - we'll see I have 3 years worth lol. The lump sum check was tough to write but I saved $1200 by buying a truckload. I'll comment on how it burns once it gets cold.
